In order to speed up support requests and have better service, we use a support ticket system. To every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to see the progress and responses online. You have access to the history of all your support requests.

Con el fin de agilizar las solicitudes de soporte y tener un mejor servicio, utilizamos un sistema de Tickets de soporte. A cada solicitud de soporte se le asigna a un número de Ticket único que se puede utilizar para ver el progreso y respuestas en línea. Tendrá acceso al historial de todas sus peticiones de soporte.

If you do not have an account for this support system and you have an active maintenance contract, please request you account by sending an email to the address ticket@edinn.com, with subject 'Support user', indicating your full name, company name and telephone number where we can contact you.

Si usted no dispone de cuenta en este sistema de soporte y dispone de contrato activo de mantenimiento, por favor solicite su cuenta enviando un email a ticket@edinn.com, con el asunto 'Usuario soporte', indicando su nombre completo, nombre de compañía y número de teléfono donde podamos contactarle.
