In this step, we will stop the edinn services for performing the upgrade:

    1. Request permission to stop the edinn services to the client:
      • From the desktop, on the taskbar, type “edinnM2Console.exe” on the windows search and right-click the app returned and select “Run as administrator”.
      • In the Activity tab press “Stop service” in each of the services, going from bottom to top (starting with the Supervisor)

    1. Notify the start of the update to the client and the duration of the same (minimum 15-30 minutes, but study each case).
    2. Check in the Windows taskManager if all the services have stopped.
      • Yes: proceed to deregister the files:
        • Enter “C:\Program Files (x86)\edinn\edinnM2\Server”
        • Right-click on “_dll-unregister.bat and select “Run as administrator
        • Once the window is opened, press Enter.
      • No: wait for the finalization of the services. If they do not finish, finish them manually in the taskManager and proceed to deregister.
